PREMs; Patient‑Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) is a short questionnaire that ask patients to describe their experience of the care they received. They focus on what the patient saw, felt, and understood during their journey, offering insight into communication, timeliness, staff interactions, and the overall environment of care. PREMs help ensure that services are shaped not only by clinical outcomes but also by the quality of the patient experience.
