Consultant Ophthalmologist
Ms Charlotte Buscombe is a Consultant Ophthalmologist, with specialist expertise in Cataract and Refractive surgery. She brings a highly valuable depth and breadth of knowledge in vision correction, having completed an internationally acclaimed fellowship in refractive surgery at a leading refractive centre in Europe. She has also gained fellowship of the World College of Refractive Surgeons and has completed specialist postgraduate qualifications in Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
As well as clinical ophthalmology, Charlotte also has a background in medical ethics, and law. This uniquely supports her compassionate approach to patient counselling, consent and communication, as well as her emphasis on tailored care and shared decision-making.
Charlotte is committed to delivering safe, high-quality visual outcomes while optimising the patient experience at every step of the surgical journey.
